Krystle Veda Kaul

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Krystle Veda Kaul is a communications, corporate growth, federal business development, private equity, geopolitical and policy expert, educator and advisor with 20+ years of experience. 
Currently, Ms. Kaul is the Founder and CEO of Krystle Klear Communications LLC advising several private equity ventures on investor relations as well as high-profile technology and defense hardware clients with business development and strategic messaging to the Department of Defense. Additionally, Krystle is the Head Facilitator at MIT Sloan School of Management for an MBA Executive Management communication course through 2U. She participates proudly served as the first ever Director of Strategic Communications (GS-15) at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Krystle recently ran for US Congress in Virginia’s 10th district and raised over $1.1 million for her campaign. 
Earlier in her career, Krystle served as the Director of Strategic Communications to the Air Force through General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). She has worked in several technology topic areas including AI/ML, smart cities, IoT, 5G, cloud computing, big data analytics, cybersecurity etc. Before joining the government, Ms. Kaul was the Strategic Communications Lead for the National Counterproliferation Center at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) through Booz Allen Hamilton. Prior, she worked at Deloitte supporting several clients in the DoD and the Intelligence Community, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Central Intelligence Agency. Ms. Kaul has experience at the RAND Corporation, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Center for Strategic and International Studies South Asia Center and United Nations Women. She holds eleven competitive fellowships and participates in elite overseas delegations which include the “Indian American Leaders Delegation to Israel” and the Washington Leadership Program’s delegation to meet with several senior officials in India. 
She has experience in sixty-eight countries and speaks eight languages, including Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Punjabi and Dari. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in international studies and women in politics from American University; School of International Service, a Master of Arts in international relations with a focus on South Asian security from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Master of Arts in political science from Brown University where she has a PhD in progress.

He draws on years of experience in research and political campaigns to ensure success and growth for Krystle Klear Communications and its clients. Peter is known for his dedication and attention to detail. He has provided data analysis and management to a range of organizations in the public and academic sectors. Peter has spent his career creatively implementing strategic and process-based initiatives to revolutionize operating procedures. He holds a dual degree in economics and political science from Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit.

John Marotti has served as an IT professional for over 10 years in various roles in industry and government. John has provided IT consulting to executive leadership across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Department of State, and Department of Homeland Security on IT strategies, optimizations, and modernization activities. Director of Federal Business Development

Kaitlin is a supply chain professional at SAP NS2, director of federal business development at Krystle Clear Communications and a founder of Log It Consulting Services, where she leverages her 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations. She holds an MBA and an MS-SCM from Florida Institute of Technology and Michigan State University, respectively, and has formal training in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. She is adept at developing and implementing roadmaps to meet sustainment requirements within the Government and Public Sector (GPS) and Intelligence Community (IC), as well as optimizing the procurement and lifecycle of specialty and unique equipment. 
She has a proven track record of building strong business relationships and streamlining operations by proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. She holds a certification in Security+ and has extensive background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/SAP systems and warehouse operations oversight. Her consulting experience has enhanced her decision-making and human resources skills, as well as her ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Her goal is to deliver innovative and effective solutions that improve the efficiency and performance of logistics systems and processes.

Keli is a strategic communications specialist with 8+ years of experience in various industries such as advertising, automotive manufacturing, education, research and retail. She has an educational background in corporate communications with a Bachelor of Arts and Honours degree in Corporate Communication. She builds and designs communication decks and provides insightful research to suit clients’ needs and execute their strategic communication vision.

Her years of experience lie within branding, copywriting, designing, budget management, business, communication and project strategies, Corporate social investment and sponsorships, Crisis management, Event management, Internal and external campaigns, Research, Stakeholder and media liaison and Website management. In Addition to her role at KKC, she is the Assessor for the MIT Sloan MBA Executive course Interpersonal Communication: Strategies for Executives through GetSmarter.

Radha Pareek

Research Assistant

Radha is a senior at Beachwood High School, aspiring to be on the pre-med track while majoring in political science during her undergraduate studies, as she hopes to make a difference in policymaking in the future. Passionate about teaching and enhancing the academic experience of her peers, Radha leads a peer-to-peer mentoring program in the Beachwood district. Radha is an active member of Model United Nations, through which she has attended conferences across the country, Science Olympiad, and the pre-Medical Academy. Radha contributes to neuroscience, pediatric oncology, and public health research at Case Western Reserve University. She is also an intern in Beachwood City Hall's economic development sector and a member of Congresswoman Shontel Brown's youth advisory council.
