Krystle is a National Security expert with 20+ years of experience spearheading and supporting communications initiatives across agencies in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
She is the Founder and CEO of Krystle Klear Communications, LLC focused on federal business development, mergers and acquisitions and strategic messaging. Additionally, she is a Head Facilitator at MIT Sloan through her employer 2U.

    She has also served as a Senior Strategic Communications Advisor to the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) through Koniag.
    Additionally, she was hand selected to work on Project Salus with OSD and FEMA helping to combat COVID-19.
    She also has Intelligence experience as the Strategic Communications Lead at the National Counterproliferation Center (NCPC) at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) through Booz Allen Hamilton.
    She has also worked for GDIT (supporting Air Force & NATO), Deloitte, Leidos, RAND, Chemonics, UN Women, Red Cross, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Skadden, Wilson Center, Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) and as a Congressional Intern for Representative Martin Meehan (D-MA) at the U.S. House of Representatives.
    She holds an Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
    Her academic credentials include M.A. degrees from Brown University (where she was pursuing her Ph.D.) and Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a B.A. from American University.
    She speaks nine languages including English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic, Dari, Kashmiri and Italian.

    Throughout his career, Victor’s efforts in pre-award proposal support and post-award contract management have consistently ensured the seamless operation of large portfolios of subcontractors, while maintaining professional relationships with both industry and government points of contact. Notably, Victor has, for multiple companies, successfully developed and implemented homegrown Contracts Management Systems (CMS), streamlining processes and enhancing compliance. Victor has a deep understanding of both business and operational needs for mission success while also maintaining compliance.

    Certified as a Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) by the National Contract Management Association, Victor also holds a DAWIA Level 1 equivalency from the Defense Acquisition University. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from American University.
