Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Krystle Kaul is a communications, corporate growth, federal business development, private equity, and policy expert, educator and advisor with 20+ years of experience in federal government contracting. Kaul is a Head Facilitator for MIT's Executive Education program via 2U. She was a Director (GS-15) at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and ran for Congress for VA-10. She has worked for Koniag (supporting DoD & FEMA), GDIT (supporting Air Force & NATO), Booz Allen (ODNI & Intelligence Community), Deloitte, Leidos, RAND, Chemonics, UN Women, Red Cross, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Skadden, Wilson Center, CSIS, NFIB.

Chief Military Affairs Officer

John Moreth, Colonel, U.S. Army (Ret.) most recently served as the Senior Legislative Assistant to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) at the Department of Homeland Security. John’s military service includes over 27 years as an Army Officer including numerous strategic level roles at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, United States Central Command, Headquarters, Department of the Army and the National Guard Bureau.

Sean McKelvey is a strategic communications leader with over ten years of experience. For three years Sean managed the communications initiative for the U.S. Navy Cybersecurity team as a contractor with Booz Allen Hamilton. Previously, Sean was the digital media manager for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, supporting a contract with SAIC. Sean is a doctoral candidate at the Institute of World Politics, where he specializes in media manipulation related to foreign influence.
